Heartbreaking

Humanity. I wonder why our world is full with cruelty. Some said, that it is not life if you dont have problems to face. Well cruelty is not a problem that we have to face in our life actually. We can stop them, whether cruelty against mankind, cruelty against animals or against nature.

Today, we see the very same thing happening when one nation attacks another nation in order to control its resources. I wonder, what were they thinking of killing an innocent children infront of their parents? It was so heartbreaking to see they fought for their country at the very young age and to see they are hiding/sneaking out from the cruel soldiers. Can you imagine waking up one day and your parents are gone, your house is destroyed and your family too. Oh God I cant.

Sometimes I wonder, what kind of world do I even live in? Polluting the rivers, streams and ocean with industrial wastes and rubbish are cruelty to nature. I went to Sungai Gabai last few weeks, it was so heartbreaking and disappointing when I saw a very beautiful mini waterfall but rubbish covered the river. Empty polystyrenes, old sandals, cans etc. [We/you/they] are killing the coral by dumping toxic metals onto our crops, dont you know that? Why would you want to kill dolphins and take their fin? Seriously. Why would you want to put a chicken in a small cage and cut off its beak? Why. Here are some heartbreaking examples of animal abuse that I found,

  • Tiger cut into half, possibly to use its body parts in Chinese medicine. Lots of money is paid for tiger body parts, as well as body parts of other animals, as they are used in Traditional Chinese Medicine. As a result, these animals are often poached for this purpose.
  • Monterion Dionte Davis of Forsyth tried to hack his dog's head off. Despite attempts by rescuers and vets to save it's life, sadly the dog didn't make it.                                                                                                                                                       Source

To be honest, I see humans but not humanity. I wonder what were these kind of people were thinking? Together, we sit back and think what can we do to reduce or stop cruelty. It has always be a dream of mine to stop cruelty. Maybe, one day.

My prayers to our muslim families who probably are fighting for their life out there.
